Top 5 Theme Parks Apps on iOS in Mexico Q3 2024

In the third quarter of 2024, the top five theme park apps on the iOS platform in Mexico showcased varied performance metrics, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Six Flags saw a significant increase in weekly downloads, beginning with 1.8K in early July and peaking at approximately 10.3K by mid-September. The app's weekly active users mirrored this trend, rising from around 20.5K to a peak of 34.6K. Despite the growth in usage, the app did not generate any revenue throughout the quarter.

Disneyland® experienced a steady revenue stream, with weekly figures fluctuating between $500 and $950. Downloads started strong at 3.1K, but gradually declined to 2.4K by the end of September. Active users remained relatively stable, maintaining an average of around 12K throughout the quarter.

My Disney Experience exhibited a robust revenue performance, reaching a high of $15.9K in late July. Downloads, however, trended downward from 2.4K at the start to 1.6K by the end of September. Active users followed a similar pattern, decreasing from 3.1K to 2.5K over the quarter.

Universal Studios Hollywood™ recorded no revenue during the period. Downloads began at 1.7K, peaked at 3.1K in late July, and then tapered off to 1.4K by September's end. Weekly active users showed a slight increase, peaking at 8.7K in late July before stabilizing around 7K.

Finally, SeaWorld also did not generate revenue. Downloads began at 1.3K and declined steadily to 351 by the end of September. Similarly, active users decreased from 1.3K to 633 throughout the quarter.
